It supports the internal approval processes of contracts through the e-Corvina workflow engine and designer, the electronic signing of approved contracts, and the safe storage and linking to certificates of fulfilments or incoming/outgoing invoices. The system can generate notifications to relevant parties before the expiry or other significant dates in the contract.

Submission of proposals and reports by groups

Our solution supports the preparation and approval of one-off or regularly recurring proposals and reports using the e-Corvina workflow engine and designer. We provide solutions for reports made by multiple people or branches to fit corporate document templates, support teamwork through a chat functionality linked to documents, and enable section-by-section document editing. Completed reports can be electronically signed within the system.

HR Administration

HR administration is a priority task for every business entity, for which numerous complex software solutions are available on the market. Our solution primarily assists interactions between employees and HR administrators in matters such as income certificates, sick leave, and childbirth – related inquiries.
