Data Processing Related to Employment Establishment


(1) The purpose of the data processing in relation to the personal data of applicants for job advertisements is for the employer to find the appropriate employee for the advertised position.


(2) The legal basis for the data processing is the consent of the data subject.


(3) The duration of the data processing is until the day the application is evaluated, but no longer than 6 months from the date of submission if the applicant consents.


(4) No data transfer takes place to third countries or international organizations.


(5) The categories of data subjects are natural persons applying for the job.


(6) The scope of the processed personal data includes data provided by the applicants (in particular, but not exclusively: name, date of birth, photograph, educational qualifications, phone number, email address, residential address).


(7) The recipient of the personal data is the person exercising the employer’s rights.


(8) For applicants who submit their CVs electronically, the data controller sends a message through which the data subjects give unambiguous confirmation by active action or statement regarding the processing of their data. For applicants who submit their CVs in person, consent is demonstrated by completing a consent declaration.


(9) The Company informs data subjects (both in this section, the electronic reply message, and the consent declaration) that they may withdraw their consent at any time, either by postal mail addressed to the Company’s headquarters or by electronic message sent to the following address: info@e-corvina.hu


(10) The data controller records that if one of the applicants is selected for the advertised job, the personal data of the non-selected applicants will be deleted, except if the data subject has consented to further processing of their data.
